Rental Terms:

One week minimum rental. – Example: Items rented on a Monday must be returned before end of business the following Monday or another week rental will be charged. No exceptions.

Items are inspected on pickup to be clean and in working order. Items must be returned in same condition. If dirty, a cleanup fee of $5 will be charged. If item is returned broken or inoperable, replacement or repair fees will be charged to your credit card at list repair part pricing plus $60/hour labor to repair.

Equipment Performance Issues: If you notice any defect in the performance of the equipment, it is your responsibility to immediately contact Clay Planet and report the issue in order to not be charged for the time equipment was in your possession, or for repair cost. Do not inform when it is too late, like when rental period is over upon return.
