Cone 6 oxidation: Dark Magma is a charcoal-colored, high-texture glaze that creates a rough, cratered surface. The thicker the application, the more textured the surface will be.
Cone 10 reduction: Texture slightly flattens. No change in color.
Mayco’s Stoneware glazes provide consistent performance and intriguing visual interest. This is a crater glaze and can be highly unpredictable. We suggest you do not layer this glaze with others. |
