Smokey Blue - Dry Cone 6 Mid Fire to Cone 10 High Fire Glaze Fires to cone 6 or cone 10. For dipping, pouring, or spraying. Mix approx 11 ounces of water per dry pound of glaze, and test thickness. We recommend testing our glazes on test tile with your clay body before use in production. At Cone 10 - Outstanding in reduction producing a soft, glossy pale blue with darker speckles. On certain clay bodies a beautiful hares fur pattern results. Thickness of application changes the effect. A soft blue in oxidation, but be careful not apply too thin. May be fired from Cone 6 to Cone 10.
