Clay Planet retail is closed to our normal retail walk in customers starting TUESDAY March 17, 2020.
We are switching to Online ordering of stock items with CURBSIDE pickup service!

Orders may be placed online and can be picked up during our regular hours via curb-side pick up only. "Social distancing" is, according to professionals, the only way we can curb the pandemic in our area. Changing our retail policy is the only way we can meet these challenges together. Here is how it works:

 

Ordering online for curbside pickup:
1. Find the items you are looking for, and be sure to select “Store Pickup Curbside at Clay Planet” in the shipping section of our website during checkout.
2. Place your order and wait for a phone call or email confirming your order is ready.
3. Pull into our parking lot in front of our main entrance and Call us when you arrive at 408-295-3352.          Have your order number and Last name with you.
4. We will have your order on a cart ready to take, or stay in your car and we will load into your trunk for you.

IF YOU CAN NOT FIND THE ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE (FOR SPECIAL ORDERING OF NON-STOCK ITEMS ONLY) Call us by phone. 408-295-3352
1. Give us a call Monday - Friday 9-3 We are staying closed on Saturdays until back to normal. 
2. Place your special order non-website listed product order and please wait for a phone call or email confirming your order is ready.
3. Pull into our parking lot in front of our main entrance and call us when you arrive at 408-295-3352. Have your order number with you.
4. We will have your order on a cart ready to take, or stay in your car and we will load into your trunk for you.

 

If you or anyone in your family is ill please do not arrange to pick up an order. WE WILL GLADLY SHIP ORDERS via US Mail or UPS that are placed by phone or online.

 

Clay Planet will also be making VERY LIMITED local deliveries for the time being with some restrictions in place. These restrictions also apply to equipment setup and repairs.

Residential deliveries will be to a driveway or curbside. Deliveries to schools or businesses will be to a loading dock if available or to an exterior door if a loading dock is not available. We will not make inside deliveries.
