Bay Area customers note that we deliver kilns locally in our very own liftgate truck! Otherwise we can gladly ship kilns all over the United States (Alaska and Hawaii included) and Canada via LTL trucking with only reputable trucking lines.

Please know we can't stock every kiln we offer, and a kiln not in stock can take 4-8 weeks for the manufacturer to build and deliver. You might find a kiln at a slightly lower price somewhere else, but we are not only ceramic artists who use these products, we also do kiln repairs, servicing, and installs of all types of kilns, so we know what we are talking about!

Things you should know when selecting a kiln:

Know your power! When you select a kiln you must choose voltage, and phase, and know the amperage available. Please pay close attention to selecting the correct power for your kiln. If you are not sure, please contact us or have an electrician test your power so that you do not order the wrong type. Choosing the wrong type of power might mean that your only option may be to return the kiln to the manufacturer at your own cost for power conversion. We do not want that to happen.. Contact us if you need any help in this important choice.

Kiln furniture is not included in the price of the kiln. Unless noted, all kiln shelves, posts, or kiln wash are sold separately.

Receiving a kiln shipment via truck is the only option for purchasing kilns weighing more than 150 lbs. There may be additional freight costs associated with this. After placing your order, we will contact you within 24 hours with your delivery options.

If you intend to ship your kiln overseas, contact us regarding power options available for different countries. Custom power can be applied to kilns by most manufacturers with little additional cost. Call us if you have any questions.
