The 1210FLE is a compact portable front loader, electric kiln designed with fiber walls and floor.  The lid element is set securely in the top of the kiln eliminating the fear of a mandrel hitting an electrical part. Easy accessibility is possible with guillotine door lift and lower punty door, which flips down for annealing pieces.  Fiber walls will smoke and produce some odor on the initial firing which will dissipate after the first firing.  The first firing is recommended to do outdoors or open all doors and windows in the room where the kiln is located.  Odors are not toxic and future firings will not be affected.

Model comes equipped with pilot light, attached stand, stainless steel jacket, and Bartlett 3 Key electronic controller. Data is entered by scrolling through the up and down arrows for the desired ramp/hold programming, 

Upgrade to the Genesis touchscreen controller or the 12 key digital Bartlett V6-CF or RTC-1000 controller for more ramp-hold user programs and multiple features including delay start, preheat, cone offset, skip step and many more for precise firings every time. Messages and Information are available for reviewing a firing profile before or during the firing, viewing the current segment the firing is in, and cone table for easy look up of temperature and cone number equivalents. Other options include quartz viewing window, Type S thermocouple, castors, vent and much more!

Furniture Kits for Front Loading electric models provide 2-3  layers of shelving,  assorted posts, and a one pound bag of kiln wash. Choose the standard furniture kit or build your own with shelves and posts the quantities required.
