Paragon Super Dragon 2.0

The Super Dragon exudes power. Its 21,600 watts heat the 27” wide, 27” deep, 36” high interior to cone 10 with ample power to spare. This results in long element life, because the elements do not “struggle” to reach high temperatures. Dropped, recessed grooves seat industrial-gauge elements.

Extra insulation saves energy and lengthens cooling. The 4” thick walls, top and door are made of 3” firebrick backed by 1” of ceramic fiber block insulation. The floor is 4 ½” thick firebrick. The extra insulation not only saves energy but also cools the kiln slowly for improved glaze results.

Firing to Cone 10 with maximum temperature of 2350F, the Super Dragon 2.0 is perfect for Pottery, Heat Treating, and a ton of other purposes.
With a load height of 30" from ground level it is extremely easy to load and unload.  
The firing chamber is 27" X 27" x 36."  The massive 15 cubic ft. interior handles even the largest pieces. 

A few of the Super Dragon 2.0 upgrades include:

1) A full, integral Structural Base Frame
  A heavy duty Tubular Steel Base Weldment provides solid support of Kiln Chamber, Door, and Electrical Enclosure. Large, heavy products or materials can be loaded into the chamber.   Load Height is 30” from Static Ground Level.
 
2) A full, Structural Door Frame
   A heavy duty Tubular Steel Door Weldment and heavy duty Hinges eliminate Door sag or deflection at high temperatures. 
  Opens 180° to allow full, unrestricted access to Chamber.
  Full Door Gasket provides superior seal.
  Single Handle, Dual Point Latch with positive locking mechanisms
 
3) Integral Electrical Enclosure (RH Side)
   Removable Panels for ease of Maintenance
  Lighted On/Off Switch
  Heavy Duty Control Transformer
  Heavy Duty Industrial Relays
 
4) Integral Kiln Vent with Single Exhaust Port
   The Kiln Vent Master System vents fumes and improves firing conditions in the Oven.
  Improves temperature uniformity in the Kiln, extends the life of Heating Elements and Thermocouples.

The Super Dragon 2.0 comes standard in Black, but optional colors are available at no charge.  Choose your preferred color above.
