Enjoy the features of Paragon’s Sentry 12-key digital controller on your manual-fire kiln. Works with kilns of any brand or age.

The wall-hanging TouchnFire 2, or TnF 2, plugs into the wall receptacle that your manual-fire kiln is now using. The kiln, in turn, plugs into a receptacle on the TnF 2. To install the thermocouple, which reads temperature, drill a 1/8” hole through the kiln’s firebrick wall. After mounting the thermocouple to the kiln, you are ready to fire. You could also mount the thermocouple through a drilled peephole plug (furnished with the TnF 2; the plug is tapered, however, which does not fit all brands of kilns). If you have a Kiln Sitter, you can continue to use it as an additional safety backup.

IMPORTANT OPTIONS - Select above:

• The price of the TnF 2 varies depending on your kiln’s amperage. Each TnF 2 will operate on only one type of wall receptacle.
  
  
• Specify the wall receptacle used by the kiln when ordering (i.e. NEMA configuration number 6-50R).
  
  
• Specify whether you want Cone-Fire mode, which can be included at no extra charge.
  (TnF 2’s are ordinarily shipped with Ramp-Hold mode only.)
  
  
• Note that 120 Volt models have the option of a 3-key controller. All 208/240 volt models have the 12-key controller.

You will be amazed at the convenience of digital firing. The reliable solid-state Sentry controller continually monitors the firing so you can spend your time productively without closely watching the kiln. (Please remember, however, to check the kiln during firing and to monitor it near the expected shutoff time.) The sealed touch pad keeps out dust and is easy to wipe clean.

The controller has powerful features that you will enjoy using. Yet we have also worked hard to make the controller user-friendly.
