We understand the importance of having a properly functioning kiln to your business. That's why we're here to help you get your kiln back to working order as quickly as possible. Our kiln repair form is designed to collect all the information our technicians need to diagnose the problem and order the correct parts. We want to make sure we get it right the first time, so please take a few minutes to fill out the form as completely and accurately as possible.

Most of the information we need can be found on the manufacturers plate; located on the side of the control box or on the side or back of the kiln.

We recommend on-site repair for kilns with 208-240 volt power requirements, as we may not be able to test fire these kilns in our store.
