Kiln & Studio Equipment Repair ServicesClay Planet is an authorized repair and service center for your kilns, pottery wheels, and slab rollers. We offer both in-store and on-site repairs.
- In-store repair is $75 per hour. You may bring equipment for repair at any time. Diagnosis is free. Labor charged when yoy repair begins.
- On-site repair is $95 per hour door to door. Our technicians will review your information from the repair form you complete below. We will contact you to discuss the next steps for your repair. We'll work with you to find a solution that's both effective and cost-efficient. PLEASE NOTE - We are busy, and the wait list for on-site repair can be up to 2 weeks for a visit. This lead time changes, and we will let you know more when we reach out.
