KM1227-3, KM1218-3, KM1027, KM1027-3, KM1222-3, KM1022, KM1022-3. as well as all KMT versions of models listed.

Grounded Plug Head only, CORD NOT INCLUDED.

Please note the direction of which way you wire this cord is reversible, with ground on the top normally used, or ground on the bottom if needed.
