High Temp Kanthal A-1 Wire
Kanthal A-1 High Temp Wire can be fired in a kiln, with a melting point of 2730 degrees F. it can be used as a decorative accent on pottery, as loops for kiln fired jewelry, or as support wire for beads or small objects during firing. It's often used in attaching ceramic fiber to mesh in raku kilns.
Kanthal A-1 is used for winding heating elements for kilns, furnaces and even E-Cig electronic cigarettes and atomizers or vapes!
We sell it in spools of 10' or 20' lengths. Longer sizes can be special ordered for any of the wire sizes below.
