Icelia Porcelain Clay - Cone 5/6
Icelia Cone 6 Porcelain
A true Cone 6 domestic porcelain of superior quality. A similar version to our very popular GLACIA (See High Fire Clay). Fires white and throws extremely well for porcelain. Pounding this clay or wedging it prior to throwing definitely brings out its softness and higher plasticity.
Shrinkage at cone 6 - 11.5-12.5%
Absorption at cone 6 - less than 1%
