HR-015 Hand Roller - Crosshatch

MKM's Hand Rollers are 10 cm (4 inches) long and 1.5 cm (5/8ths inch) in diameter. They are made from wood that is precision bevel carved to leave a deep impression in clay and release easily. Simply roll it with your hand across the clay to create a beautiful pattern. Because of their smaller size and weight, they can easily be rolled vertically up the walls of a thrown pot as well as on slabs of clay. The ends of the roller are rounded to allow patterns to blend with multiple side by side rolls.

MKM wood tools are finished with tung oil to ensure durability over many years of use. The rollers can be easily cleaned with water and a soft toothbrush. As with all wood tools, avoid letting them sit in water for long periods.
